Niki and Ray had an absolutely beautiful and intimate wedding at Battery Park. They were surrounded by their closest friends and family.
Many of you may remember this little turkey from a session I did for him and Niki back in September. You can check out that Session. He is so full of energy and thought. Here he is high fiving the Maid of Honor after he finally gave the rings over to Niki and Ray. He is so funny and a handful, I am glad Niki will have extra hands now. She is surely blessed to have these two guys in her life.
Niki was a stunning Bride. I am so happy for these two. Ray just got home from a long deployment in Iraq. I know he feels like he has entered into paradise.

I was so glad to meet Amber and Robert. We did not get to meet until their wedding day. Robert’s Mother and I worked out all the photography details and she is such a nice lady to work with. Very Sweet! So I figured that Amber and Robert would be ever so sweet and I found out that they are, as is the rest of their families. By the end of the night, I was asking if I could be a member too. Just very good people. People that I hope to meet again. Here are some images from this happy couple’s Big Day.
Their wedding was held at a beautiful beach home.
I title this image ‘The Love Birds’.
But the day was COLD. At least for us Southern folk. But they were troopers out on the beach. I don’t think that Amber could feel her toes by the end though.
They picked the prettiest wedding band for Amber. I LOVE it. You know me and my circles. Very different, very good taste.

Ashley and Ron came to Charleston for a beautiful Destination Wedding. There ceremony was held in downtown historical Charleston at the grand Trinity United Methodist Church.
The gorgeous floral arrangements and bouquet was created by the very talented Thuy at Jade Water Designs.
Ashley spends her days helping brides find their perfect gown at the internationally renowned couture bridal salon, Alexia’s Bridal Boutique. But she had the awesome experience of finding her own perfect gown and boy, did she do it right! Her gown was designed just for her by one of this country’s top designers, Elizabeth Fillmore.
Let me tell you, she wore it well. Don’t you agree?
LOVE the shoes that Ashley picked out! I think that it is a great opportunity to show your true style when you choose shoes that you LOVE. You don’t have to go with the traditional white satin. Go with red, blue, green or any color. Pick studded, metallic like Ashley did or anything that helps to make you feel your best. These are killer, great style Ashley!

I am quite fond of this couple. Ron called me sunshine when he got to the church. Don’t tell me that he calls everyone that! LOL They are just super, super SWEET! Love them!
I think that they are my official “Gone with the Wind” couple. They so look like Scarlett O’Hara and Rhett Butler!

After the ceremony, everyone gathered at the world famous and Charleston’s very own McCrady’s Restaurant. And it is on Unity Alley! How cute is that?
It is the perfect setting to have a wedding reception with no hassels. They have their very own in house coordinator. It is a beautiful location in the heart of Charleston. Great choice Ashley and Ron!

Crystal and Luke chose the luxurious historic Mansion on Forsyth Park for their ultra glamorous Southern Wedding. The couple brought with them the finest of people to help them celebrate their joyous union. Crystal brings an absolutely beautiful daughter to this union and it was a blessing to witness, two families becoming one. Her daughter was surrounded by so many that love her to pieces. I am so happy for Crystal and her daughter to have such an honorable man such as Luke in their lives. And it goes without saying that Luke is fortunate beyond any words could convey. It is such a tremendous privilege to witness such love. And I am happy to announce that I have joined their family. LOL ; ) Mrs. Burkhalter, Luke’s mother, told me that she will bake me a yummy cake on my birthday. : ) I am going to hold her to it too. Any reason to get together with a good ole’ bunch of fine Georgia Peaches is a divine honor unmatched! Love your family!

Luke and Crystal decided to meet before the ceremony so that we could have some time in the Park for just the two of them. It is such a sweet and tender moment when two have time to share before they walk down the aisle. So Sweet!
