Mr. and Mrs. McGowan’s Hilton Head South Carolina Wedding

Caroline and Will recently tied the knot on beautiful Hilton Head Island. Their Wedding was a Destination Wedding as they came in from Boston, Massachusetts to wed in the perfect coastal setting. I had to view their wedding the same as you because I was not able to make it that day due to a severe allergic reaction that I was battling following my trip to Belize. I had a super sweet guy that is a kick butt photographer ready to take the lead just in such a case. Thanks so much Jarrad Lister for taking such great care of Caroline and Will. Also thanks to Mike Tucker for 2nd shooting with Jarrad. Look at some of my favorites from Caroline and Will’s Big Day.

The Happy Couple.

The Beautiful Bride.

Sweet Caroline!!!

Ya’ll look GREAT!!!! Here they are sitting on the greens at the Country Club of Hilton Head.

Nice dress shot Jarrad!

Classy rings Will and Caroline! You have good taste. : )

Here is the beautiful site of their Rocking reception. The Country Club of Hilton Head. I had a wedding in Hilton Head last weekend and was able to stop by and get a few shots.

Sweet! First dance.

And then the Rockin’ began. Love these dance shots!

Brad and Kate’s Port Royal Wedding Westin Hilton Head Island Resort

Brad and Kate live in Columbus Ohio but chose the beautiful Hilton Head Island for their Destination Wedding. The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa sits in the back of the lush green Port Royal Plantation. Brad & Kate have spent many years vacationing on Hilton Head and it is near and dear to their hearts.

The flowers were out of this world! They were designed by ever talented Flowers by Sue. Enough can not be said, they were perfect!

When I was first told about Brad and Kate’s plans for their Wedding, I was told to just think of Lily Pulitzer. I think that was a good description but I have to say that they did Pink and Green even better than Lily.

Kate’s dress was simply elegant. Love the lines and flow of it. There is a BEAUTIFUL story that goes along with it. The story is a bit sad but so sweet. If Kate wants to share, I will leave that up to her. I know that it was a heartwarming story.

Kate’s mother, Pam and her two sisters, Nicole and Emily, were great with helping Kate get ready. They were all so sweet! Kate, you have a wonderful family!

Waiting to meet Brad!!!

I love when the couple meets prior to the ceremony. It gives them such an intimate time to take it all in. They get to take a few minutes to laugh, cry, whisper, admire… Just the two of them.

Time for the ceremony! See the bounce in their step! ; )

The ceremony was set for the beach but had to be moved in due to the rain and approaching storm. Kate did not let it bring her down. She looked radiant!

The gazebo was a perfect location for their vows.

After the ceremony, we were able to dodge the rain and grab a few images of Brad and Kate, the new Mr. and Mrs., on the beach that they love. Love them!

The reception started out with a BANG!!! Brad and Kate had a dance that stunned the guests. They jammed, no belly rubbing here. Their dance even included the shuffle. I HIGHLY recommend to Brides and Grooms to make this dance your own. Brad and Kate did just that and brought the “House Down”!!!

Brad and Kate were not the only ones keeping the dance floor rockin’! Here are some more shots of everyone enjoying themselves.

Brad and Kate, Thank you so much for choosing me to be a part of your Amazing Day. I truly feel honored! Best to you Always! OXOXOXO’s

Casey and Jason’s South Georgia Coast Wedding

CLICK HERE TO VIEW CASEY AND JASON’S SLIDESHOW!!!

Casey and Jason have been a dream to work with. They are just the sweetest couple. Their wedding was down on the coast of South Georgia. The venue was a private club house in the gorgeous new neighborhood that Casey and Jason now reside. It was a dream setting. Old world and deep south mixed with casual elegance. Truly the perfect wedding for these two love birds. Their families were as nice as they are, which does make sense. I quizzed Casey’s mother on how to raise such a “fine young lady” as I have my two girls that I can only pray turn out as nice as Casey. They are definitely making great strides now and are well on there way. But really, Casey is just a sweet heart. I know that Jason feels like the luckiest man on earth and I know that Casey feels just as lucky being loved by Jason.

I loved the colors that they chose, with the ever popular ; ) Lime Green together with the chocolate brown. There was a candy bar with big sour apple gum balls, lemon-lime Jelly Belly Beans, and to die for chocolate covered Pecans!!!

When I walked into Casey’s home, I was moved to tears as I saw all around me, images of Casey and Jason’s Get to Know You session. That never gets old. I tell you that Casey has used the most images that I have seen to date and boy do they look good. Her home is like a magazine, her taste in decor is bar none and to see all those Shara Lana images incorporated makes me so happy, proud and loved. I LOVE IT!!!!

And doesn’t she make a GORGEOUS Bride! Her mother and her were so cute together. I see where Casey gets those great looks and also that great personality. They are two peas in a pod. Look at Beautiful Casey!

Stunning.

Here comes the Bride!

Casey and Jason, I pray that your life is filled with good times and lots of laughs.

And that your journey is long, smooth and full of joy.

I thank you both for allowing me into your lives and having me as a part of this joyous time.

Love Ya!!!

Shara Lana

Erin and TJ’s Charleston Wedding was aboard the SpiritLine Cruise Ship. I was really excited to be apart of their day. It was a great adventure. The night before was a flood in Charleston and to say the least, Erin and TJ were elated to see the sun come out. The day ended up being glorious. The breeze was cool and the views were just beautiful. Everyone that traveled from so far indeed received a day well worth their trip. Just to witness these two lovebirds become one was worth traveling the earth to witness. They are so cute with each other and in total love. Here are some of my favorites from their day.

Erin made a beautiful bride.

These are my personal favorites.

Ya’ll are so sweet!

TJ’s sister made this beautiful cake. I hear that it was as Yummy as it looked. Very sweet. : )

Niki and Ray’s Charleston South Carolina Wedding

Niki and Ray had an absolutely beautiful and intimate wedding at Battery Park. They were surrounded by their closest friends and family.

Many of you may remember this little turkey from a session I did for him and Niki back in September. You can check out that Session. He is so full of energy and thought. Here he is high fiving the Maid of Honor after he finally gave the rings over to Niki and Ray. He is so funny and a handful, I am glad Niki will have extra hands now. She is surely blessed to have these two guys in her life.

Niki was a stunning Bride. I am so happy for these two. Ray just got home from a long deployment in Iraq. I know he feels like he has entered into paradise.

The Beautiful new family.

Everyone’s hearts were overflowing with the love and joy they have for Niki and Ray. They are such a Beautiful couple, inside and out.

The new Mr. and Mrs. Bullard!

Gorgeous wedding Niki, I LOVE the hot pink roses!

Here are some of my favorite of Niki and Ray.

Happy, Happy, Happy.

This is Niki’s lovely Maid of Honor. They share a strong bond. Sure to be life long freinds.

They had their reception at the Best Man’s home. It was the perfect lowcountry setting. He and his Mother really know how to host. Great Job!

I love the LOVE felt in this one. Y’all make a Perfect Couple!

These cute chocolate covered Bride and Groom strawberries were made by Lady Fingers Confections. Be sure to check them out!

The toast made by the Best Man and Maid of Honor were both touching and FUNNY!

Here is the YUMMY and pretty cake made by Lady Fingers Confections. I am very impressed with the Ladies over there at that Bakery. I will be having to pay them a visit soon. : )

Ray wasn’t going to let Niki get away with THAT! You two are too CUTE!!!

I pray for your happiness always. The best to you for a peaceful and happy future.

BE SURE TO LOOK AT NIKI AND RAY’S SLIDESHOW.
