We have a new family member. His name is Jack the Robot. Kade created him so that he can help out with his homework. Ok, now Kade is standing over my shoulder telling me that his name is now Rodney. LOL I am sure that it will change again. LOL Kade was to create a robot and write a report telling what his robot could do. But Kade is such a genius that his robot actually wrote the report for him! Can you believe that? Amazing!

OK, for some of us, you would think this is a given. But after receiving this quiz, I was curious as to whether or not I had lost some of my Dixie along the way. I have moved around a considerable amount compared to many. I was raised in Blackshear Georgia which is a small town in the South East. I went into the Air Force right out of High School and was stationed in beautiful Austin Texas for a few years. Then I was tranfered to an awesome North West Florida town, Fort Walton Beach. After the Air Force, our family headed North to Pittsburgh PA to be with my husband’s family as his Dad battled a terminal illness. We left there and moved to North West Georgia to a charming town called Cartersville. And as everyone knows, we now are residing in Charleston South Carlina. I guess most of my life was spent in the south but I have been married to a Yankee, LOL, for over 15 years. So when this quiz came along, I had to see where I stood AND it is official, I am a DIXIE GIRL still!!! 75% (Dixie). That is a pretty strong Southern score! Kinzi has been accepted into Rollings Middle School of the Arts and we are THRILLED!!!! She worked so hard in preparing for her audition. It was so nerve racking!!!! This is something that we all wanted for her. She auditioned in January and we have been waiting with great anguish for the letter to come. We have prayed for acceptance and we got it!!!! WOO HOO!!!! We are SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS KINZI LEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are so PROUD of YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We found this great location on Folly beach. I saw it as I was driving in and had to make sure to get some shots there. I am so glad that we did because it really suits their fun personalities to a ‘T’!!!
